‼️ Payment & Membership Policy ‼️

 

1) Membership Validity

Each membership is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period ends, any unused classes are forfeited.

2) Missed Classes (Any Reason)

If a class is missed for any reason (vacation, illness, personal circumstances, etc.), and the studio did not cancel the class, the session is deducted from the membership.

At the same time, clients have the option to make up the missed class on alternative days outside their regular schedule, subject to availability and with prior arrangement with the administration.

 

3) Classes Canceled by the Studio

A recalculation or compensation is possible only when the studio cancels the class. In all other cases, payment does not change.

 

4) Holidays & Non-Working Days

The studio is closed on Canada federal holidays.

Classes included in the membership remain credited to clients.
